baloo-kf5-dev software package provides framework for searching and managing metadata devel files, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install baloo-kf5-dev
baloo-kf5-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the baloo-kf5-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep baloo-kf5-dev *
You will get with baloo-kf5-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
